The hotel offered a clean and spacious room with many free activities available. The staff were consistently described as pleasant, helpful, and professional, with special mentions of Ahmed, Omar, Talha, and others for their friendly and supportive service. The internet connection was fast enough for video conferencing without issues. Its location near the main airport and Istanbul Expo Center suited business travelers well.
