The hotel was located in the heart of Istanbul, close to Taksim and Galata Tower. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, with some speaking English and Russian. Rooms were clean, recently renovated, and equipped with a small refrigerator and kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee were available 24/7. WiFi worked well, and the balcony offered an amazing view despite the busy surroundings at night.
