Excellent location near Taksim metro and Tunel bus station with many bars, shops, and a Sok supermarket around the corner. The room was big with comfortable beds, air conditioning that worked well but was too powerful to sleep with on, a mini fridge, kettle with complimentary tea and mineral water, and a bathroom of sufficient size with a big shower plus shampoo and gel in refillable bottles. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ahmed at reception, Mustafa the manager, Houria the receptionist who went the extra mile to help us, and waiter Husien who was polite during breakfast which had a good range of products though not extremely varied.
