The staff were very kind and helpful with special thanks to Sezcen who ensured everything was perfect and the chef created a delicious chocolate bombe pudding for a coeliac guest. The gym and pool areas were clean and modern with full equipment, the room had spectacular views, a super comfortable bed, and an accessible shower with a seated area. The hotel was meticulously clean on a small island with museums nearby, while the main manager waited at check-in and Ali maintained contact from the start.
