Ulas Omay at the front desk was excellent and very helpful, and the staff were exceedingly polite and caring. The room was clean, comfortable, with a special shower and plentiful hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast menu was extensive and well prepared. The hotel had a gorgeous hammam and was located close to all major points of interest and ferries within walking distance.
