The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, especially Samet, Emre, Avni, Hamit, and Samed at the reception who assisted with room upgrades and changing to a better city view. Breakfast was excellent with fresh local options served each morning. The suite was manageable for a family of four despite being a little tight. The terrace had a stunning view for sundown cocktails. The hotel was located in the best part of Istanbul near Galata/Pera with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and a metro station just one minute away.
