The hotel featured clean rooms with comfortable beds and fully functional air conditioning. The location was very accessible, just a few minutes’ walk from Osmanbay metro station and nearby shops. Staff were friendly, cooperative, and provided excellent service around the clock. Hot water was available at any time, and daily fresh water bottles were supplied. Additional amenities included a microwave for guest use outside the rooms.
