Friendly and helpful staff, especially Yaseen the manager and main receptionist who spoke good English and made you feel at home, were present. The room was cleaned daily with good noise cancellation inside and outside. The location was well situated near shops, restaurants, cafes, a metro station within a 10-minute walk, and close to the Grand Bazaar for long walks. Sauna and spa facilities were available.
