The hotel was located very close to the town centre and tram station, providing excellent access to transport. Daily cleaning was performed thoroughly, maintaining a calm and clean environment. Staff were considerate, kind, and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were smaller than described but included comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. The reception area appeared clean and luxurious.
