The hotel was close to Istanbul International Airport with pick-up and drop-off service for an additional fee. The staff were friendly, especially a new trainee on reception who helped allocate the preferred room. Breakfast had lots of choices and seating, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated with big shower areas and everything needed.
