The hotel was located just steps from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were exceptionally clean and organized despite a slightly tired appearance. Daily cleaning was provided along with water, tea, and coffee in the room. Check-in and check-out processes were fast, with occasional complimentary upgrades and late check-outs offered.
