The hotel was located just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating, responding quickly to requests such as providing elevator access for health concerns and offering a discount when extending the stay without changing rooms. The room was comfortable with plenty of closet space, cozy beds, working air conditioning, a TV suitable for streaming Spotify, and housekeeping every other day with fresh towels provided.
