Helpful and friendly staff, especially Omar who immediately helped whenever needed and even worried when absent for two nights, clean room with air-conditioning in both rooms, big windows with light curtains and blinds plus a small bathroom window, elevator was there, balcony had a nice view, location was very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.
