We stayed at Rixos Tersane and the staff made a big impression with their warm and professional approach, and everyone spoke great English, which really helped. The rooms felt luxurious yet cozy, room service was quick, and the breakfast along with the hotel restaurants were top-notch, especially the Turkish and Asian dishes. Special shoutout to Efe, Kamila, Kubra, Merve, Eren, Süreyya Ateş from housekeeping, and Nurhauk the bell boy for making our stay smooth and comfortable.
