The hotel provided a warm and friendly welcome, with reception staff who were kind, helpful, and attentive. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities despite some being small. The location was excellent, situated close to the Aksaray tram station and major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast offered a delicious homemade Turkish selection served with panoramic city views. Assistance with luggage transfers and parking arrangements was also available.
