The hotel was located near public transport, about 5-7 minutes from the tram station and close to the Havaist bus stop. The lobby appeared welcoming, and the staff proved helpful and responsive. Rooms were small but clean, equipped with a kettle as described in photos. Breakfast offered limited choices such as cheese, vegetables, egg, bread, simit, and jam. Internet service did not function properly during the stay.
