The hotel offered a very good location close to the tram station with an exceptional view from the 11th floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping performed almost daily. Staff members were kind and helpful, especially Murad and Umeyma. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa area included a heated pool that became pleasant after the first day. Breakfast was tasty and filling despite a consistent menu each day.
