Exceptional service was provided with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Spacious rooms were maintained with twice-daily cleaning, including fresh towels and bedsheets. A free upgrade to a room three times larger was offered after reporting an issue, demonstrating professionalism and generosity. The gym featured excellent facilities alongside powerful views. The location offered stunning Bosporus vistas for those fortunate enough to have them.
