The room was spacious and exceeded expectations, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to trains for easy travel. Staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, though it was average in quality. Airport transfer and guest services were handled efficiently by helpful personnel.
