The hotel offered a quiet location in a busy city with great service from friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily with fresh water bottles provided. Tea and coffee were available, along with an outdoor sitting area. The metro station Șhișane was conveniently located right next to the hotel.
