The staff was very friendly and professional, Miss Emlak at the reception was kind and helpful, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with an upgrade to a suite free of charge, breakfast selection was ample with an amazing view, housekeeping showed up on short notice in the middle of the night to help, the hotel was very close to Gayrettepe metro station.
