The hotel was situated in a vibrant yet quiet neighborhood, close to Taksim and Galata. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and amenities like kettles, microwaves, and complimentary coffee or tea. Breakfast was generous and varied, served in a charming restaurant area. The historic hammam dating back to 1831 provided a unique experience with professional spa staff attending guests’ needs.
