The hotel provided a very clean and comfortable environment with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient for accessing both the Anatolian side and Bursa, as well as being close to Sabiha Airport. A complimentary room upgrade was offered, enhancing the stay. Breakfast was excellent, and parking facilities were available on site. The property maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout.
