Friendly and helpful staff welcomed at check-in and explained everything clearly, with 24/7 front desk service. The room was clean, spacious, with tea and coffee making amenities, clean sheets and towels provided daily, and free bottled water. The location was convenient in Kadikoy, close to the port with shops, markets, bars, restaurants, Havaist bus stop nearby and a 5-minute walk to the underground station. An upgrade to a quieter deluxe double room facing the courtyard was given after the first night.
