The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Ms Simay who welcomed us warmly and communicated via WhatsApp before arrival. The room was spacious, clean, with a balcony offering fantastic views of Istanbul including the Bosphorus and a glimpse of Galata Tower, it had air conditioning, smart TV with YouTube, iron with board, water kettle, and complimentary water bottles refilled daily. The location was central in the heart of Istanbul near Istiklal Street and Tophane tram station within walking distance despite being on a hillside.
