The staff was proactive and friendly, solving a prepayment issue quickly and speaking English well at the reception office located just down the street from the apartment. The apartment was very clean with newly painted walls, spotless bed linen, no cigarette smell, stocked fridge with complimentary water, coffee sachets and cakes, and bathroom had large environmentally conscious shampoo and soap bottles, additional kitchen equipment was brought promptly upon request.
