The reception team was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, with special mention to Farhad. The room was upgraded free of charge and early check-in was allowed. Housekeeping services were consistently excellent, maintaining cleanliness at all times. Parking facilities were convenient and elevators operated quickly and spaciously. The location was about a 10-minute taxi ride from Taksim Square, with a notable restaurant situated on the corner of the property.
