Friendly and incredibly helpful staff, especially Salih at the front desk, made a big difference during the stay and arranged soya milk for breakfast due to allergy. The breakfast was rich with an option to order omelettes and had a view of old Roman palace ruins from the restaurant. The room was large and comfortable with a stunning sea view, located just 5 minutes walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, and tram stop. The spa was available for private use free of charge.
