Friendly staff, especially Yusuf, Amir, Gul and Mr. Hussain who showed great hospitality and helped with ... taxis and flights. Breakfast was continental but quite enough with good variety and local options. The rooms were clean, comfortable for sleeping with good beds, though a bit small and not in the best repair. Fast Wi-Fi was available while hot and cold water could be taken from the kitchen 24 hours. Location was very convenient near tram (5 minutes), bus (3 minutes), metro (9 minutes walk), supermarkets, cafes, pubs and local restaurants. Safety measures included staff checking room occupancy.
