The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, new towels were provided every day, and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily. The room was spotless, spacious, very comfortable with all needed amenities, and the WiFi was very good and fast. Breakfast had a lovely view but limited variety with fresh and tasty food. The location was perfect near major attractions, close to a tram stop and metro station yet peaceful at night.
