The location was very central, close to key transport hubs including a metro junction and tram stops. The staff demonstrated great kindness and helpfulness, providing useful advice and assistance. The hotel remained clean with all necessary amenities despite being basic. Breakfast offered a good variety daily, though Turkish coffee was not available. A restaurant downstairs operated late into the night with attentive staff.
