Rooms were very new, spacious, and clean with comfortable beds. The location was convenient, close to public transport and the Ora Arena for concerts. Reception staff provided helpful service and assisted with dinner arrangements despite limited experience. Tea facilities in the room included excellent tea. Check-out time was at 12:00 PM.
