Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist who helped with water, recommended restaurants, and gave access to the rooftop. Breakfast was a buffet with fresh bread, cheeses, meat, olives, salad vegetables, boiled eggs, sweet items and unlimited tea or coffee. The room was cozy and clean with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The location was very close to main attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern within 10-15 minutes walk.
