We were supposed to have the large deluxe room with a kitchen but ended up stuck in a smaller room without one the whole stay, even though we paid the same price and were promised a move that never happened. The first night was rough with a really dirty room, but the staff cleaned everything the next day and were friendly overall. The WiFi was good, there was a small fridge, the location was handy for the old city sights, and the receptionist gave us some Turkish kahva, which was a nice touch.
