The hotel was centrally located in Taksim, very close to restaurants, convenience stores, Taksim Square, metro, and Istiklal Street. The staff were attentive and helpful with the owner Hassan and the receptionist Hamdan being especially supportive. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The management upgraded the room for free and allowed luggage storage after checkout.
