The staff were very helpful, especially Mustafa at reception who was professional and always solved issues with a smile, and Lali who took good care of the room in a nice and professional way, breakfast was tasty with a buffet that impressed, the SPA was great and relaxing without overcrowding while the pool suited children well, and the location was excellent close to shops, tram, Sultan Ahmed area, restaurants, university, mini bazaar and many main attractions within walking distance.
