The hotel was located very close to Istanbul Yenikapi ferry boat harbor and metro, with parking available next to the building on a small and quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sadik who was exceptionally kind and willing to assist. The room was clean, well-maintained with fresh towels and paper slippers, while the terrace on the top floor had breakfast served.
