Friendly staff, especially Ramazan, Serdar and Sehnaz, were very helpful with travel advice and carried luggage to the 5th floor room with an amazing view. The hotel had clean rooms and kept luggage without charge during a trip to Cappadocia. Receptionist Rasid was attentive and the manager was polite and smiling. The location was convenient in the historic part of Istanbul, close to main attractions and shops.
