Temperature controlFriendly staff were helpful and ready to assist, with some described as "guardian angels" ?. Breakfast was basic but good, served daily and suitable for fueling Istanbul sightseeing. The location was perfect, very central and close to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque, Turkish baths, parks, restaurants, shops and public transport. The room was comfortable and clean with a small but adequate shower.
