We loved the spot-right near the center with lively streets and live music at restaurants late into the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English, and even helped us find secure parking nearby for a reasonable price, plus, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and a great breakfast included with a discount on other meals.
