Friendly and very helpful staff, especially at reception, with luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel with a professional chef serving typical Turkish breads, meat, and salads. The room was large, comfortable, had coffee and tea facilities with a kettle, and a good hair dryer. The tram stop was right outside the hotel providing easy access to historical sights like Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Sophia, Hippodrome, Egyptian Spice Bazaar as well as Fatih attractions within walking distance.
