The staff was very helpful and polite, with particular attention from housekeeping. Rooms were spotless and the hotel maintained a clean environment. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and within walking distance to Nisantsi. Breakfast offered basic options, with espresso coffee available at an extra charge. The hotel provided good value for money in a comfortable setting.
