The hotel was newly built with good design and clean rooms that were cleaned daily with towels changed every day, the bed was comfy and the room had tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was helpful, polite, and kind, although they spoke only basic English. The location was convenient near metro Tophane with many restaurants nearby and close to tramway, buses, and airport shuttle stops within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance.
