Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Yiğit who spoke perfect English and assisted with airport transportation and ticket changes, made the stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with AC despite some minor issues in the bathroom, a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor had a beautiful skyline view. The location was great for walking to major sites, public transportation, and nearby eateries like an excellent restaurant serving kebab pita wraps at good prices.
