The hotel was located near the tram stop and a small supermarket, just a 12-minute walk from Galata Tower and close to Galata Port with many restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and soundproof with large beds suitable for families or groups. The breakfast buffet had simit, local dishes, three types of eggs, and other fresh options. The staff was polite, friendly, helpful with transport arrangements and SIM cards, mainly two gentlemen and a young lady who responded quickly to requests.
