The hotel's location was strategic, close to Taksim area, Galata Port, and public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Rooms were clean, spacious, and offered comfortable beds with good city views. Breakfast provided several options and was fresh each day. Free Istanbul tea was served for guests alongside available cakes for purchase.
