Clean and comfy room with AC and a good bathroom was upgraded for free, the reception staff were kind, polite, always willing to help with luggage and very friendly, especially the hotel owner and a receptionist from Lebanon, location was close to Marmaray, metro Yenicape, tramway Aksaray stop, bus stops as well as supermarkets and cafes nearby.
