Helpful and welcoming staff, especially Mehmet and his father who gave travel tips and arranged an evening Bosphorus cruise with dinner, Jannat prepared fresh Turkish breakfast, Umar at night reception was cooperative, the rooms were clean with hot showers and soundproofed for comfort, location was quiet yet close to Eminönü Tram Stations (T1 & T5), Haliç Metro Station, grocery stores, restaurants, and major attractions like Sultanahmet and Galata Tower.
