The hotel was situated in a great location with convenient access to major attractions and clubs within walking distance. The room was upgraded to a larger one, featuring beautiful decor and views of the Golden Horn. The staff at reception and spa were very friendly and helpful, providing English-speaking assistance. Breakfast on the rooftop offered stunning views, while a birthday cake was provided as a special touch during the stay.
