The hotel was opposite the Mall of Istanbul and the Metro Station with private parking for cars. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds with daily cleaning and bottled water delivery. The staff was very kind, friendly, attentive, and had good knowledge of English. The restaurant served freshly prepared food with a breakfast that had a wide range of vegetables, fruits, egg dishes, and muesli.
